1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from MediaBuying.buzz, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using or purchasing our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services, including professional media buyers, digital agencies, and eCommerce business owners.

2. Description of Services

MediaBuying.buzz acts as a provider of digital infrastructure designed for media buying and eCommerce purposes. Our services include, but are not limited to, the provision of:

• Verified USA Bank Accounts (e.g., Chime, Venmo, CashApp).
• Verified Payment Gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Wise).
• Aged Social Media Assets (e.g., Facebook Business Managers, TikTok Agency Accounts).
• Verified Crypto Accounts (e.g., Binance, Coinbase).
• Online Review Management Services (e.g., Trustpilot, Google Maps).

We provide these accounts fully verified and ready for use. However, we do not own the underlying platforms (Meta, Stripe, PayPal, etc.) and have no control over their algorithmic decisions.

3. Delivery & Handover Process

Upon successful payment verification, the handover process begins. Delivery times vary based on the specific asset:

• In-Stock Items (Aged Social Profiles, Standard Banks): Typically delivered within 1 to 4 hours.
• Custom / Gateway Setups: May take 24 to 48 hours for secure verification and IP allocation.

Delivery includes all necessary login credentials, recovery emails, virtual numbers (if applicable), and initial login instructions. It is the buyer’s responsibility to secure the accounts immediately after successful handover.

4. Replacement Policy & Warranty

Due to the sensitive nature of digital accounts, our warranty is strict and limited:

• First Login Guarantee: We guarantee that the account will be fully functional upon your first login. If an account is banned, locked, or restricted *before* or *during* your first login attempt (provided you followed our secure login guidelines), we will replace it free of charge.
• Post-Login Responsibility: Once you have successfully logged in, the account’s health depends entirely on your usage patterns, IP address, proxies, browser fingerprint, and the campaigns you run. We are not responsible for any bans, limits, or holds that occur after successful access.

Note: To claim a first-login replacement, you must contact our support via WhatsApp or Telegram with video/screenshot proof within 24 hours of delivery.

5. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

Our assets are provided strictly for legitimate business use, advertising scaling, and legal eCommerce operations. By purchasing, you agree NOT to use our accounts for:

• Money laundering, fraud, or any financial crimes.
• Running deceptive, illegal, or malicious ad campaigns.
• Scamming individuals or entities.
• Any activity that violates the Terms of Service of the respective platforms (e.g., Stripe, Facebook, Google).

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone suspected of illegal activities. MediaBuying.buzz claims zero responsibility for how clients utilize the provided infrastructure.

6. Payments & Refunds

All sales are considered final once the digital asset credentials have been delivered. Because digital credentials cannot be “returned,” we do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances. If an issue falls under our Replacement Policy (Section 4), we will provide a replacement account, not a refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MediaBuying.buzz, its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the provided digital assets.

We are not liable for lost profits, frozen funds in payment gateways, disabled ad accounts, or business interruptions. You assume all risks associated with using third-party platforms with purchased accounts.
